Here are some of the most frequent questions that we are asked by our customers:

Where are you based?

Ethilution is based in Birmingham, UK.

Our studio address is: Meltingpot, Meriden Street, Birmingham, B5 5LS

Where are your products made? 

All of our products are designed, developed and manufactured in the Ethilution studio.

Where do you get your materials from?

All of raw materials are collected by implementing solutions into our partners current practices.

Our leather is rescued offcuts that would other end up on the cutting room floor or start their journey to landfill. You can read more information about our partners and implemented solution here

Our coffee capsules are sent to us by corporate businesses, hotels, universities and households. You can read more information on coffee capsules here

Our tech sleeve lining is manufactured from used (PET) plastic bottles. 

What packaging do you use?

Our products are sent using used shipping boxes that have been collected by the local community. 

We protect our products by shipping them in used coffee bean sack that have been lined with ultra soft Eco Fi which is made from used plastic bottles.

What do you do with the used coffee grounds that you remove from coffee capsules?

Each coffee capsules contains 5-7kg of used coffee grounds which is removed and repacked.

We have developed a system which we have labelled 'Solutionship' with the UK's largest coffee ground recycled Bio Bean and innovative waste management company, First Mile to ensure that all used grounds are transformed in green sustainable products.

Do you sell corporate gifts?

Of course, we believe that our products are perfect corporate gifts as they share both a story and a solution. 

Our products can be made to custom specifications and branded with company logos.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Yes, our refund policy highlights that you're welcome to refund or exchange your purchase within 30 days from your purchase date. 

Please note that any returned items would need to be paid for.
